I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were large and clean, perfect for a good night's sleep. The service was exceptional, with the staff being accommodating and friendly. The location was ideal, close to the bustling Pratunam Market for shopping enthusiasts. The dining options were simple but acceptable, and the facilities offered met my needs well.

The hotel had good and helpful rooms, but I decided to switch after 2 nights, except for the slightly different corner room. The service from the front office staff during the day shift was welcoming and helpful, despite insisting no other rooms were available. The location was really good with malls within walking distance and easy access to markets, although a bit far from some attractions. The dining experience offered lovely Thai and American type foods with daily 1-hour free WiFi, but the menu was repetitive. Overall, a mixed experience but with valuable aspects to enjoy.
